Iñuraaq Evans is an Iñupiaq (Alaskan Native) from Sitñasuak (Nome),Alaska. She earned her Master of Art in Indigenous Politics from the University of Hawaiʻi Mānoa, whilst assisting in the Obama oral history project. She currently is the Regenerative Economies program manager at the Nature Conservancy. She lives in Kapolei, Hawaiʻi with her family.
